Rigid Chassis

These rigid frames are for the all out drag racer! They are made from the lightest and strongest chromoly material which holds the biggest record setting motors. Your imagination is the limit with our rigid chassis... 1, 2, 3 or 4 cylinder setups, standard or outboard bearing rear ends, any wheelbase, we can build any type of rigid chassis you need. All our chassis are constructed with .058" wall seamless chromoly tubing and designed with safety and strength first. All joints are precision fit and TIG welded to the highest quality using 4130 chromoly welding rod. Our chassis have been the foundation for many successful and record breaking bikes throughout the last few years with extremely happy customers and records continuing to be broken on our chassis all over the world. We offer many great features such as rack and pinion steering which provides an extremely smooth and predictable steering feel as well as a great turning radius, and the 5/8" JR dragster spindles for an ultra clean front end.

Another optional feature that we have had great success with is our trick suspended wheelie bars. Utilizing a fully adjustable fox air shock we are able to achieve a smooth wheelie bar transition which keeps constant traction at the rear wheels while eliminating the harsh hit of a fully rigid wheelie bar.

Chassis includes radiator, tank, steering stem/drag bars, Rack & pinion steering box, 5/8" drag spindles, tie rods, HD lower motor mounts, wheelie bar, and all hardware and heim joints. Call for options and pricing.
